always start vSphere client in English (or German)

edit the VMware vSphere Client icon and add the parameter -locale:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\VMware\Infrastructure\Virtual Infrastructure Client\Launcher\VpxClient.exe" -locale en-US

other locales are:
de-DE
en-GB
fr-FR
